Our aim at SayFrancais is to make your life in France easier and therefore pleasant and enjoyable – particularly when you first move here! The language doesn’t have to be a barrier. TRANSLATION & INTERPRETATION ASSISTANCE
You may feel that you only need occasional help and may therefore benefit from our translation and interpretation assistance.
This could be for help with any number of things where you could do with just little more than telephone assistance. For example; filling in forms, writing letters, registering a car, opening bank accounts, dealing with tradesmen, meetings with notaires, doctors and/or dentist appointments, making doctors and/or dentists appointments, registering with the French social security department, getting the right information to enable you to start up in business, school issues!
We will not charge you for your initial phone call, but if we undertake to carry out any work for you, which involves any research by phone, translation or interpretation etc we will charge an hourly rate of 30€, pro rata, an hour.
We will keep an account of all time spent and attach it to your invoice. All time spent on your behalf is counted, whether it is for phone calls or e-mails to you or others, analyzing information, interpreting documents, giving you advice or information on services or products etc. We will not count time spent for doing quotations and invoices and explaining our services.
Should you require us to travel to accompany you somewhere and help you in person, then this is charged at an additional
0,30 € per km, plus road tolls and parking fees at cost, plus 15€ per hour travelling time.
